Firstly, you can install the app from the link that you received in the message also install Your Phone Companion app from Playstore.

Once done, open the App and Log in with your Microsoft account. The Account should be the quite same with the Windows 10 logged in Account.
Step 3:
After login with your Microsoft Account, enable important permissions.
Step 4:
In your PC, choose to connect your mobile and enable connectivity on your mobile. To get the notifications properly, enable Your Phone Companion app in the Notification Access.

Step 1:
Makes sure set up everything. Then open your Phone app from Windows. You can also view Photos, Messages, Notifications, Phone Screens, and Calls options.
Step 2:
Choose Calls. You can also find your contacts or dial the number. If you muted your Mic, allow your Windows Mic. If you attach headphones, then the call conversation could be made through the headphone.

The quality of the Call is based on your connectivity and the quality of the mic. You can also get the calls from your mobile if you attach through the Your Mobile app. You can also detach the Call tab and then you’ll get the extra features within the call tab.

However, the App works as a screen mirror. So, the calls are made through your mobile besides your mobile operator plan. You can also access the calls through your PC.

Simply open your phone app from your PC. Click on Calls. You will get the latest calls you made from your mobile.
