Adjust Character Spacing in Pages: While composing a document in Pages, you have many formatting choices for your text. Like most word processing apps, you can also change the font style, color, size and make it bold or italics. Another adjustment you might need to make is to the character spacing.
However, you want the text to stretch the width of the document without resizing it. Or maybe you have some word or sentence that you want to stand out.

How to Adjust the Character Spacing in Pages
Choose the text in your document that you want to change the character spacing for. You can double-tap, drag through it with your cursor, or choose it all by hitting Control + A.
Tap the Format button on the top right of the Pages window.
Also, In the sidebar that opens, under Font, tap the Show advanced options button (gear icon).
Now, use the arrows to change the Character Spacing. As you tap the arrows up or down, you can view your text automatically adjust. You can also input a particular number for the percentage if you prefer.
Optionally, you can also change the Baseline Shift directly below Character Spacing to add more space below the selected font.
Certainly, these small adjustments like this to the character spacing are just what you want to make your text more delicate.
